ASTRA will be releasing a comparison chart of a very complex budget situation in its next ASTRA Briefs, due out in several days. Watch for more information as the FY 2009 Budget, the ARRA "Stimulus" monies, and a preliminary view of the FY 2010 Budget are analyzed in the near future.
